After initially having a go at this plate yesterday, I wanted to revisit and try some of the designs shown in the actual example picture.

I love this plate, but it’s hard to match the examples as the stamping polishes don’t really come in slight shade differences. I am really pleased with how easily this can be put together though.

I’ve used Light Elegance P+ in shade Blue Skies Ahead for the background colour for all of these and a mixture of Moyra and MoYou stamping polishes. For the nail on the far right I used the Esmaltes Da Kelly Caranguejo shade – an oldie I have, but such a goodie. It’s a holo stamping polish. I top coated in shiny, then went over with a Yours Blue Pearl powder, and the holo effect just totally disappeared, but this is a stunning, stunning nail polish, and it stamped really nicely too.

As usual, I can see loads of room for improvement, but, I’m happy. This plate is everything I hoped it would be.

I might combine it with other plates for the tree background scenery next time, and maybe I need to mix up my own shades for the different stamping effects.

To take the photo today I finally put my little photo studio box from Temu together and used it and it does allow for a nice clear photo. I used PhotoRoom to remove the background in one easy step and Photoshop to resize and finish. I also used the heal tool a bit on this one, for any little spots that needed a bit of a touch up. Yesterday’s pics were so bad I thought it was worth a shot and I’m pleased with the results. £4 well spent.
