More Moyra techniques

Little practice again today. More Moyra tutorial techniques.
All of these nails have CJP Old Lace as the base colour, and I’m using the Apres size 2 tips again.
On the left, New Years Eve themed or Celebration Nails, I used a Temu plate for the swirl, but it was too thin, so I doubled it up on the left nail, and tripled it on the 2nd nail. I used the Moyra foil stamping polish in Rose Gold for the stamp, then chromed using a Hona chrome. I then added top coat, just to the chrome area, and added bubbles over the top. This was then cured and the effect was amazing. Sadly, when I top coated the final version, the bubble pattern pretty much disappeared.
I found the glasses, champagne cork and Cheers text on the Clear Jelly Stamper LC 20 plate, and I stamped these on using the Moyra stamping polish in brown. I love how these turned out, but I really wish the bubble effect hadn’t completely disappeared. It looked so good, just like on the tutorial. You can find this tutorial here:

The next two nails are based on this tutorial:

After applying the Old Lace base colour, I crinkled up some gold foil. In hindsight, this is more of a rose gold than a gold, and gold would have been a much better colour match. The crinkled foil was then dabbed on to the base coat to give a patchy pattern, with white space to add effect.
I tried to stamp this using the Moyra stamping gel polish in black but it just wouldn’t stop spreading. In the end I tried a different stamping pattern, which still has a shadow as you can see above on the third nail.
Once the stamping gel had been applied and cured, little gems and caviar beads were added along a curve on the design. Moyra’s version of this is much, much better.
On the last nail I used the Norka’s Garden plate and added tiny crystals to the flower centres. I don’t like how this looks, and wouldn’t do this again (I do remember saying this last time too).
So, safe to say, the finished nails today are not great – although the bubbles did look amazing, and I need to master this technique going forward as it’s a cool effect.
Toodleoo.
