Challenge 1 – day 1

Jelly Hearts – Clawgasmic tutorial

Starting again – so today is day 1.

Starting with a jelly heart tutorial from Clawgasmic. This involved trying to paint neat and thin lines, free hand painting hearts on the nail with 1 heart and using stickers as a base on the nail with multiple hearts.

Tips are from Temu, so are the chromes, jelly red gel, stickers and no wipe top coat. Matte top coat is from Premiere Gel.

Tried to follow the tips from the tutorial so buffed well, and used the CGP Line it Fine brush, with very little paint and using the belly of the brush to help with the line. Lines and hearts deffo still need work lol.

Love how the hearts turned out on the second one, shame about the chrome lines. Still struggling with photographs tho. And the line on the first one is too thick – but better then I have done before, so, progress.

Also applied the chrome to the width of the nail at the tip end to give a more polished look – another Clawgasmic tip.
