Crystal Mania

I wish this would photograph better.
Today I decided to pick one large crystal design and work on one alone. I positioned all of the crystals for the design on the little tray I have, minus the caviar beads.
I also tried a different technique with the caviar beads – instead of soaking them in the base coat I used Magpie Give Me Strength in clear, decanted a little into a triangle tray and dipped the brush in the product, and then used the product on the brush to pick up a caviar bead, which made it much less time consuming, and also reduced the bulk of gel around the bead.
My centre lines are still off unfortunately, but I did get an eye for tablecloth logo positioning, so maybe, with time, that will also become habit. I need to get a ruler out and draw a line in light pencil which will, I think, help.
For this one I used a tip I had pre-painted, but it was a while ago now and I have no idea which colour I used for the base colour. Possibly a Guibofu, but could be anything.
Above is the photo that my phone took, so I tried taking one with Karl’s phone. It’s less blurred, but doesn’t have the same sparkle to it. Here’s the picture from Karl’s phone:

I used a design I found online for a template, I got the image from Pintrest:

And that’s all for today.
