Fitness Day 1 – Challenge 1
I signed up to Master Class, a few months ago now, after wanting to join for ages. And then didn’t look at it, until today.
I’ve started on the Systems and Goals class and decided to set up some systems to achieve some long term goals organically, as part of the new systems in place.
Today I decided to get walking again. I needed to go to the Chemist to pick up a prescription, so buoyed with motivation from the Master Class, I walked it. It took about 45 minutes, and ended up being around 5,000 steps. Not to mention the savings on fuel.
My left hip hurt when I got back, and to tell you the truth, I am exhausted. But, I did it!
Lets see if I can do it everyday for a week, so a mini 7 day, fitness challenge, starting today.
New mantra – Never Miss Twice.

Never completed day 2, or any day thereafter, so total fail. Just not got my head in the game for this yet.
